Elle thank you so much for the sweet Christmas card, too cute and so cheerful with the red glitter and it made my day to get the pic od Shelby and Sandy ...they are now on my fridge and I see them every day! sorry I am not able to send cards out this year has been very rough as you know Jerry is still laid off so hope next year is better ...thanks for being a friend and wishing you and Ira holiday blessings, hugs from Martha

Howdy Elle,
Just had to stop by and give you a "Kudo" on the lovely layout of your Profile page. You've done a swell job, Sweetie. I love butterflies, too. Sadly, here in Ottawa we have very few butterflies; and most of them are the small pale yellow moths---none of the big, colorful ones like I was accustomed to when I lived in Virginia.
I hope you and your family have had a lovely Thanksgiving Holiday. All of you have been in my thoughts during these past three days as Thanksgiving Day, as well as Christmas Day, were always my two favorite times of the year. Getting together with all the family members not only for a most memorable meal, but being able to catch up with what had been going on in each friend's and/or relative's lives was the best part of being together. I miss the big family gatherings as our family has dwindled so much within recent years. The memories, however, of all the precious moments we spent together in previous years will live on forever.
Take gentle care of yourself. Sending lots of warm, gentle hugs across the miles.
